Charlotte Country Dancers Monday Dances

The Charlotte Country Dancers hold weekly dances every Monday night in Charlotte (with the exception of Memorial Day). These weekly dances are intended to provide new contra dancers and callers with an opportunity to develop their skills.

Mecklenburg County's Charlotte's Different Contra Dance Groups

Contra Dance Carolina (CDC) helps organize and promote high-energy dances in Mecklenburg County. We are a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit and a group member of the Country Song and Dance Society. The Charlotte Country Dancers sponsor dances each Monday night at Chantilly Hall on 2101 Shenandoah Ave, Charlotte Lessons 7:30PM, Dance, 8PM, Cost $7. The Charlotte Dance Gypsies hold Saturday night dances monthly at Chantilly Hall and hold their Gypsy Meltdown weekend once a year.
